Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, if you submit your requests regarding your rights as Personal Data Owners to our Company through the methods regulated in this Disclosure Statement, our Company will conclude your request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified by our Company will be charged. In this context, data subjects have the following rights:

- If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- If he/she incurs damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, he/she has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law, you can submit your requests regarding the exercise of your abovementioned rights by sending the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations about the right you want to exercise, in written form or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board or personally to our Company's address located at Technology Development Zone Technopark Building Sapphire Block No: A2-Z05 Selçuklu / KONYA, or you can send the relevant form to our mail address with an electronic signature.
